FREEZE WARNING!!!
When the outdoor temperature becomes extremely cold, in the teens or lower, following these freeze warning precautions will help prevent freeze damage to your pipes:
1. Your heat thermostat should be set no lower than 65 degrees. Residents on vacation should leave their thermostat on this setting while away in the event of freezing conditions.
2. Open the cabinets in the kitchen and bath.
3. Leave faucets int he kitchen and bath running slowly to prevent freezing.
4. Call the office right away if your pipes do freeze or burst.
5. Make sure you have renter's insurance to cover accidental losses due to water damage.
