Below are some of the frequently asked questions by new and existing residents. Please contact us for more information, to schedule a showing, or if you have other questions about life at Stoneleigh on May.

  • 1. Where are we located?

    14300 North May Avenue. Click here for a map.

  • 2. What are the lease terms?

    Lease terms are between 9 and 12 months.

  • 3. What is the pet policy?

    Dogs and cats are permitted under 40 lbs. full grown with breed restrictions. Pet deposit is $500 ($250 is non-refundable).

  • 4. How do I apply?

    You will need to complete an application and sign the Rental criteria form. A $40.00 processing fee will be required to begin processing the application.

  • 5. How long will it take to process?

    Once you have paid your application fee and completed the application we can generally complete the process within 48 to 72 hours.

  • 6. What are the office hours?

    M-F: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
    Sat: 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM

  • 7. When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month, but not considered late until 8:30am on the 4th.

  • 8. Do we have washer and dryer hookups?

    Yes, we have full size washer & dryer hook-ups in every apartment and an on-site laundry facility.

  • 9. Do you have garages?

    Yes! Our b3 & b4 floorplans all have direct access garages. You can rent an additional detached garage for $75 per month and/or we have covered parking for $25 per month. Please inquire about space available.

  • 10. Do you offer preferred employer discounts?

    Yes, our preferred employers are: FAA, Avya, SBI, Chesapeake, medical, law enforcement, state & military workers.

  • 11. Do we have a resident referral program?

    Yes! You can earn $200 for a referral. We greatly appreciate your telling friends, family and co-workers about the Stoneleigh on May lifestyle.
